We outsource laser cut components from a local specialist supplier. We can work from CAD drawings, paper drawings, sketches, models. We utilise Lantek software to produce our punching programs

Our LVD Shape Beta 100 15 station CNC Turret Punch is equipped with an extensive range of tooling with which we process up to 3mm thick steel & Aluminum and 1.2mm Stainless (Stainless > 1.2mm is better laser cut). We deburr all edges and can rumble smaller parts for a smooth finish

We have a Bystronic Xact 3 Metre 100 Tonne CNC Press Brake with a wide range of tooling on which we can fold to your specific angular requirements. We have an Edwards Box Pan folder for those tighter angles. Our 30 Ton Power Press will accept most specialist tooling suited to this type of press.

We can Drill, Mill and Fly Press in our small tooling workshop. We carry an extensive range of Hank Bush, Flush Head Stud and other specialist Sheet Metal Fasteners and can Spot Weld and Stud Weld, as well as MIG and TIG Aluminum, Steel & Stainless Steel.

We Degrease and Powder Coat Paint in house on our Batch Process System and can final assemble your items with fasteners, components, edgings and mechanical or electro-mechanical parts.
